For Pilot project Idrija we have finalized some documents regarding revitalization of monuments, such as revitalization of Joseph's Shaft with architectural layouts for entire area and also we have been able to finalize proposal for Management Plan for the area (Heritage of Mercury)– including Environmental Plan with action plan and financial frame. Final meetings have been held with stakeholders, validating project proposals and National Conference was held as a final event.
Successfully held the 4th Steering Committee Meeting which organized by the Regional Development Fund of the Region of Western Greece on the 9th and 10th of July, 2013 in Patras at the Achaia Beach Hotel.
Successfully held the 4th CHERPLAN Project’s Steering Committee Meeting and the National Seminar that organized by the Regional Development Fund of the Region of Western Greece on 9-10 July in Patras and, on July 11 in Nafpaktos, respectively. The meetings were implemented within the project’s action frames, referred to the "Enhancing the value of Cultural Heritage through Environmental Design and Management."

The Mid-Term Conference held in Cetinje was dedicated to spreading the Environmental Planning Concept across neighbouring countries and capitalizing possible feedbacks. All partners, national and international experts, representatives of relevant institutions and other stakeholders have discussed themes such as revitalization projects, sustainable cultural tourism, energy efficiency of cultural heritage buildings and revival of public spaces.
Environmental Planning Methodology and Development of the Old Bazar in Bitola where the subject of the workshops held in Bitola in the scope of the CHERPLAN Project. The workshop was foundation for the preparation of Management plan for environmental protection and planning.
The third Steering Committee Meeting of the CHERPLAN project was held in Skopje from the 7th to the 8th of November 2012.
On September 18th, 2012 the Region of Western Greece organized a regional Start-up Seminar, which was held in Nafpaktos of Greece.
Local and regional authorities as well as stakeholders had been invited and attended the meeting. The “Enhancement of Cultural Heritage through Environmental Planning and Management” attracted the attention of the audience which participated with an excellent interesting.
During the Steering Committee Meeting of Cetinje, the organization of a GIS session focused on the functionalities and specification of CHERIS GIS platform was proposed.
The GIS session held in the CNR IGAG base, in Montelibretti (Rome, Italy) in the days of 26, 27 and 28 of September 2012.
The purpose of this meeting was to retrain the CHERPLAN project partners about the developing of the CHERIS WebGIS platform and to share suggestions and partner’s specific requirement about it.
